Personal Accident Insurance
This is a comprehensive insurance cover that guards you in the event of injuries, disability, or death as a result of an accident. This is a 24-hour insurance cover. This cover is available for an individual and also for a group of people in an organization.
- Accidental Death
- Permanent disability as a result of the accident (the extent of disability will be determined by the doctor)
- Cash payment up to the provided limit, upon admission to the hospital
- Temporary total disability resulting in loss of income; maximum 2 years
- Medical expenses as a result of an accident
- Purchase of artificial appliances such as clutches
- Payment of a final benefit for purposes of organizing funeral expense
Requirements for cover are:
- Premium Payment
- Duly Completed Proposal Form
- Copy of ID
- Copy of TIN
- Number/Certificate/Valid NIDA ID

To make a claim, please ensure that you have the following documents:
- TIN Number/Certificate/Valid NIDA ID
- A filled claim form
- Any other documents requested
